Ray Flores Talks Charlo vs Hatley Pre-Fight – The WBC world title at 154 pounds will be going home with the winner of this Saturday night’s match-up between champion Jermell Charlo (28-0) and challenger Charles Hatley (26-1-1).
The match-up is the co-feature bout of Showtime Boxing and the Premier Boxing Champions event at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn. Charlo is making the first defense of his hard won title and he is eager to keep his undefeated record and belt. Meanwhile Hatley brings a lot of pent up frustration to the match as he was forced to sit out all of 2016 while he waited for the title shot he earned in November of 2015 when he beat Australian veteran Anthony Mundine in a fight in a fight that took place in Melbourne.
