The Good Doctor says:

Paulie fought a decent round in a style that if you can keep that pace could give Porter problems. He was able to get a good shot or two and only allowed himself to get caught on the ropes sparingly.

I cannot see Brook replicating that style over 12 rounds. I think he could keep it up for maybe 4-6 rounds but Porter will eventually bully him. If Porter is smart he will dig at Brook's body as well to slow him down which will make his pressure style even more formidable.

I know the if a beats b and b is better than c theory does not translate in boxing but here I believe it does. Porter beat Paulie and I think Paulie is better than Brook. Porter UD 8-4 and Brook may see the deck.

Radam G says:

Paulie got set up in the first round for an early delayed kayo. He was stealthily butted and also concussed in the first round.

Da game is full of optical illusions. So much that butted out Paulie has already accused the stealth-fighting “Showtime” Shawn of being on “Filipino A-side meth.”

If Showtime Shawn cannot stealthily butt “Special K” Brook on “the eagle nose,” Brook may pull an upset. Holla!

Paulie landed some good clean shots, he just did not have the fire power to slow Porter down. A guy like Porter you have to put some hurting shots on him to disrupt him.
