Middleweight Daniel Jacobs Talks To TBC – When we last saw the former WBA world middleweight champion it was this past March and Jacobs had just lost his title to Gennady Golovkin. The bout saw Jacobs test Golovkin and take him the distance and if anything, the 30 year old gained a lot of positive press and attention in the losing effort.
Jacobs logged just one fight in 2016 and he is looking to stay active and return to the ring sometime in the fall. Jacobs record stands at 32-2 and he is the first cancer survivor to win a world boxing title.
