The MGM Grand in Las Vegas, Nevada will host the return of Manny Pacquiao on April 9th, and promoter Bob Arum has revealed that the Philippino phenom will be returning to fight Timothy Bradley a third time.

“The Manila Times” is reporting on their online English-language site that Arum has told reporter Josef T. Ramos that the match between Pacquiao and Bradley is a “done deal”.

Arum also went on to say that the fight would not be marketed as Pacquiao's last fight, as there is a strong possibility that Manny will fight beyond the next fight.

Bradley and Pacquiao are (1-1) in their previous two bouts, with Bradley winning the June 2012 fight via split decision and Pacquiao avenging the loss in April of 2014 with a unanimous decision victory.

The announcement should end larger speculation about who Pacquiao's next opponent would be, as Arum's short list of Terence Crawford, Amir Khan and Bradley had not changed much.

Adrien Broner's name had surfaced as an outside candidate for the fight with Pacquiao, but Arum crushed that in the news earlier this week. Now we know why.

Perhaps just as interesting will be the inevitable war of words that will develop between Freddie Roach, Pacquiao's trainer, and Bradley's new mentor Teddy Atlas.

Neither man is shy around a camera, and since Atlas has returned as Bradley's trainer exclusively, and Pacquiao has long been Roach's #1 priority, both can be expected to be in top form.
