Loma Forces Rigo To Quit Before Round 7 – The highly anticipated match-up of 2x Olympic gold medalists went down Saturday night as Vasyl Lomachenko faced Guillermo Rigondeaux on ESPN. Lomachenko was defending his WBO super featherweight title against Rigondeaux, who was 17-0 coming into the fight but was moving up two weight classes.

The fight dissappointed in tht Rigondeaux was not able tomount anything in the way of offense against the bigger, stronger and faster Lomachenko. In the end, a frustrated Rigondeaux quit on his stool before the end of round seven.
