Kid Hersh Talks Jarrett Hurd vs Tony Harrison – This Saturday night, February 25th, FOX television has boxing on the schedule as they are set to air the main events from the Legacy Arena in Birmingham, Alabama. The main event sees WBC world heavyweight champion Deontay Wilder defending his belt against undefeated Gerald Washington.

Take a look at TBC’s report on Wilder vs Washington featuring Frank Lotierzo.

The second world title fight on the FOX broadcast sees the vacant IBF world title at 154 pounds being disputed by Jarrett Hurd (19-0) and Tony Harrison (24-1). The IBF belt is currently vacant because former champion Jermall Charlo set the belt aside after his December 10 stoppage of Julian Williams. The Premier Boxing Champions quickly put together Hurd vs Harrison in a weight class crowded with talent. The winner will hold a significant world title and will be in the mix with the likes of Jermall and Jermell Charlo, Erislandy Lara and Demetrius Andrade among others.
