Japanese Boxing Odds For The Weekend – A pair of boxing cards in Japan dominate the boxing calendar this holiday weekend, with Saturday’s Bunka Gym card getting the most attention. Five word titles are on the line across Saturday and Sunday in the Land of the Rising Sun and the sports books have set lines for several of the fights.
Saturday night’s card at the Bunka Gym in Yokohama — where WBA world super flyweight champion Naoya Inoue (14-0) defends his belt against the challenge of France’s Yoan Boyeaux (41-4) — is garnering the most attention. For the 24-year-old Inoue, this is his first New Year’s event where he is the headliner. The super flyweight champion is a major favorite to retain his title.
