Marcos Villegas chats with featherweight prospect Oscar Valdez about his growth and his career as a professional boxer. Oscar Valdez will be fighting as part of the undercard of the Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. fight in September 7th at the Staples Center, Los Angeles, CA. Valdez is also helping Abner Mares prepare for his next title defense against Jhonny Gonzalez. Oscar Valdez qualified for the 2008 Olympics at the age of 17 and became the first Mexican Youth World Champion and four years later he qualified for the 2012 Summer Olympics.
