Errol Spence Jr Set To Face Lamont Peterson – IBF world welterweight champion Errol Spence Jr was at Brooklyn’s Barclays Center this past weekend to announce his January 13th fight with Lamont Peterson.

In Peterson (35-3-1), Spence Jr is facing a battle-tested foe who has held world titles at 140 and 147 pounds. After taking all of 2016 off, Peterson returned this past February to defeat David Avanesyan to earn a title with the WBA. Now 33 years old, the veteran Peterson will represent Spence Jr’s toughest test to date. Catch what the mild-mannered champion from Texas had to say under New York’s bright lights right here at TBC.
