Dirrell Versus Uzcategui 2 Preview With Lotierzo –  Top heavyweight action is back to the world of boxing as Deontay “The Bronze Bomber” Wilder (39-0-0, 38 KOs) battles Cuba’s Luis “King Kong” Ortiz (28-0-0, 24 KOs) for the WBC world heavyweight championship on Saturday, March 3rd, at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn.

The main event is attracting a lot of attention, but another fight on the card is getting a great deal of attention as well. Bronze medalist at the 2004 Olympics, Andre “The Resurrect” Dirrell (26-2-0, 16 KOs) fights Venezuela’s Jose “Bolivita” Uzcategui (26-2-0, 22 KOs) in a rematch for the IBF’s interim super middleweight world title. The first match between them ended up in a controversial way as Uzcátegui got disqualified for hitting after the bell at the end of the 8th round Perhaps the worst part of the situation happened afterwards as Dirrell’s uncle Leon Lawson punched the Venezuelan twice in the face.

The event will air on SHOWTIME at 9 p.m. ET/6 p.m. PT. In this latest TBC segment with Frank Lotierzo, he takes a look at Saturday’s match-up and what we may see in the ring.
