Degale vs Jack Odds – Showtime Boxing is at the Barclays Center on Saturday, January 14th with a big nine-fight boxing card that sees IBF world super middleweight champion James DeGale (23-1) facing off against WBC world titlist Badou Jack (20-1-2) in a title unification bout at 168 pounds. DeGale and Jack both fought on the same night in April of last year and the pair have been on a collision course to unify the belts ever since.
The co-feature sees undefeated fighters clash as IBF world super featherweight champion Jose Pedraza (22-0) faces the challenge of Gervonta Davis (16-0). At 27 years old, Puerto Rico’s own Pedraza faces the challenge of the 22-year-old Davis in what is his third official world title defense. Davis represents Floyd Mayweather Jr’s “The Money Team” and he is taking a big step up in competition for what is his first world title attempt.
Also on the card, the vacant WBC Silver title at middleweight will be disputed between Ievgen Khytrov (14-0) and Immanuwel Aleem (16-0-1).
