Wow! Bam Bam is back. And just as honest as the “Cobra” Froch. Bam Bam clearly admits that he has been in therapy with a shrink. Way to go, Bam Bam. Ain't a dang thang [$¡¢] wrong with seeking improvement in every facet of your game and life.

He, who doesn't seek repair, quickens the end, ages before his time, and sits in a big, old rocking chair. Holla!

Its good that Rios wants answers. He has questions about himself and wants the right answers. He has probably trained harder than ever since he is asking himself these questions.

I am glad he got rid of Ariza and his strength and conditioning drills. I think old school training is what works best for boxing.
