Beltran Defeats Moses to Win Vacant WBO Lightweight Title – Top Rank Boxing was in Reno, Nevada and on ESPN Friday night delivering a world title fight to continue their 2018 schedule. Lightweight Raymundo Beltran took on Paulus Moses with the vacant WBO world title at 135 pounds on the line. In his fourth shot at a world title, Beltran defeated Moses by unanimous decision. Ray Beltran can finally call himself a world champion.
