AxeMan Walters Works Out Live – Nicholas “The AxeMan” Walters is deep in preparation for his upcoming November 26th WBO world super featherweight encounter with Vasyl Lomachenko at the Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas that will air on HBO.
Walters at 26-0-1 is a former WBA featherweight champion who is stepping up in weight to challenge the highly regarded, surging Lomachenko (6-1). When he returns to the ring on November 26th it wil lbe after a layoff of nearly a year. Walters last fought in December of 2015 when he fought current WBA world super featherweight Jason Sosa (19-1-4) to a draw.
With 21 knock outs in his 26 wins, Walters has great confidence in his stopping power, and he is sometimes most remembered for his October of 2014 6th round demolition of 4 division world champion Nonito Donaire.

Walters, a native of Jamaica, lives and trains in Panama, and in a Boxing Channel exclusive, Walters will be working out from 11:00 AM Central Standard Time via Live Stream on Monday, November 14th.
Walters is attended by well known Panamenian trainer Celso Chavez Jr and the workout went down at the Pedro “Rockero” Alcázar Gym in the Curundu neighborhood of Panama City. We want to thank the “AxeMan” and Chavez Jr for the access. Walters spent the morning at the U.S. embassy in Panama City working on the final details for his trip to Las Vegas on the 26th.
