2006 IBHOF’er Michael Carbajal Talks To TBC – This past weekend in upstate New York the International Boxing Hall of Fame played host for their annual induction ceremonies.

Among the many guests in Canastota were a number of boxing greats including long-time light flyweight world champion Michael Carbajal, who was inducted into the IBHOF back in 2006. Carbajal entered  the Hall of Fame with a 49-4 overall record including a 15-3 mark in world title fights. Carbajal fought a memorable trilogy with Humberto Gonzalez who was also inducted along with Carbajal in the 2006 class.

In this latest TBC segment our on-the-scene cameraman Marcelino Castillo caught up with the Hall of Famer. Carbajal was enjoying the weekend and he was very cordial in his responses. At the end of the interview he is asked who he currently thinks is the top pound for pound fighter in the world today, and one thing is for sure, Carbajal is pretty certain with his answer.
